Another Saturday morning of coaching and today I was able to squeeze in a sweat sesh myself. I modified the workout for myself to be: 4 rounds of: 10 20# dumbbell thrusters 50 mountain climbers 15 ring rows 200 meter farmers carry w/2 20# dumbbells Those farmers carries were tough at the end.
